What is ORAMA?

Orama is a team made of high school students from around Greece. More specifically from the island of Corfu , the city of Thessaloniki and the city of Xanthi. Team ORAMA has qualified to the STEM Racing finals of 2025 in Singapore, competing against 80 teams on a global scale.

What is STEM RACING?

STEM RACING is a global, innovative STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) competition that offers a unique challenge related to Formula 1. More than 40 countries and a total of 80 teams participate in the competition. Participants are called upon to carry out various tasks:

Our Vision:

Our vision is through our commitment and performance at the World Finals 2025 to impassion young Greeks to reach out far beyond STEM and achieve their dreams in whatever field they choose. We aspire to become their source of motivation to explore the unlimited possibilities that lie ahead when passion meets perseverance.

  • Create their team’s identity (logo, colors, values, etc)
  • Present and follow a well defined marketing strategy to promote the team on social media and their website
  • Communicate and collaborate with sponsors in order to receive the necessary financial aid 
  • Promote sponsors on all team’s platforms and follow the marketing strategy 
  • Manufacture a miniature of a  F1 car utilizing CAD 
  • Study and test the aerodynamics of the car using CFD program
  • Construct the car using CNC from polyurethane, as well as other materials through 3D printing and turning.
  • Illustrate socially sustainable practises
  • Organize practises promoting social, environmental and economic sustainability
  • Create  portfolios for each element of the competition (enterprise, engineering, project management) 
  • Give a 10 minute verbal presentation
